To Buy Online
In the Card and Print Galleries use the ‘Add to Cart’ buttons by each image to place your order for card or print. At any time you can click on the ‘View Cart’ button to review the items or amend quantities in your PayPal Shopping Cart before you check out and make payment.
This is a French PayPal Cart and for those non-French speakers:
to delete an item - click on ‘Supprimer’
to update your Cart - click on ‘Mettre à jour le panier’
to continue shopping - click on ‘Poursuivre les achats’
to go to the Checkout - click on ‘Payer’
Please note that payment is completely secure being entirely handled on the separate PayPal website. Your Online payment transaction is carried out directly with PayPal and at no stage are we aware of any of your card details.
When you have finished your order go to ‘Checkout’ via the ‘View Cart’ button at the top of any page and this will take you to the secure PayPal website where you can pay by debit or credit card or through your own PayPal account if you have one. If you do not currently have an account with them, you can still make payment using their secure servers or you can register for one if you wish.
After payment you will automatically be returned to our web site and we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order.
If you prefer payments can also be made by Euro or Sterling cheque payable to Jennifer Dennis and sent with your order to JD Art at the above address. Upon receipt of cleared funds your order will be sent to you.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is FREE to all addresses in France, UK and Europe subject to a minimum order of 5 greeting cards or, if ordered without cards, 3 packets of Gift Tags. There is no minimum order for prints or for combined orders of prints and
We will endeavour to ship your order within 48hrs of receipt.
Shipping outside Europe
For shipping addresses outside Europe there is a small supplementary charge on each order. Please click on the delivery button as shown below just once per order to add the charge to your shopping cart before you go to ‘Checkout’.

All cards and prints are wrapped in clear cellophane. We will post your order to you in high-quality board-backed envelopes, padded envelopes or boxes (depending on quantity and type of items).
Web image quality
We have made every effort to reflect our products as accurately as possible on the website. However because of the variability of lighting conditions and different browser and monitor settings you may find the colours of the
actual items vary slightly from their internet representation but you will find the actual product even better than the website picture.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please contact us
immediately if you are not entirely satisfied with any of our products on arrival or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.
Returning an item - If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, please inform us within 14 days of the sale, you can then return them to us in their original condition and on receipt we will give you a full refund for the price of the goods (Delivery charges excluded).
Damaged items -
If your goods arrive damaged please contact us immediately (quoting your order number) and return them by post within 14 days including the original packaging. On receipt we will then replace them.We cannot accept the return of damaged items unless the damage occurred during the original shipping.
Defective or incorrect goods - If the goods delivered were faulty or the wrong goods were delivered, please contact us within 7 days and let us know that you
are returning the goods and the reason why and on receipt of the goods we will then either replace the items or refund the full cost of the goods plus the return postage.
Please ensure you enclose your contact details (phone, email, address) with any returned items.
Any goods returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing or suitable protective packaging.Please retain a proof of postage for any returns postage.
We are completely committed to respecting your privacy and we will not pass on your details to third parties.
We only use the information that you give us to process and despatch orders. All payment details are processed directly by PayPal and not on our site. PayPal will never disclose any of your details to any other party.
